It comes down to just doing 2 things: your Legion class order hall campaign, and then the Breaching the Tomb achievement for the Broken Shore (completing this achievement also requires completion of the Legionfall questline). the faction reputation is level 50 Where is World of Warcraft Shadowlands. However, killing the thord boss in Neltharions Lair will give you 250 rep with highmountain.
The same goes with hoghmountain tauren, except they dont have as many normal quests so will have to do a lot more world quests. How to Get Your Legion Class Mount in WoW Shadowlands (+0) to ilvl 262 (+14) This will grant you the quest The Legion Returns. By doing them you will get a lot of rep anyway.
